The OpportunityAs founding GTM Engineer for our client, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems that power the revenue engine. This is not an operational sales role; this is a company-building opportunity for a category-defining leader in AI-powered fundraising and financial automation.. You will own revenue strategy, define market positioning, and build the commercial engine that drives hypergrowth from zero to $3M+ ARR and beyond.
You'll have complete autonomy to shape the go-to-market DNA, experiment with novel growth models, and build a world-class revenue organization from the ground up. This is a founding equity position with commensurate ownership and influence.
What You'll DoBuild GTM System: Design, develop, and implement robust, automated workflows and integrations across current and future tech stack.Drive new Product Go-To-Market: Implement product launches, focusing on identifying and enabling sales processes for specific, unestablished personas through data-driven targeting and prioritized outreach.Optimize Demand Generation: Leverage data from various sources to enhance account scoring, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.Data Orchestration: Ensure seamless, high-quality data flow between critical GTM platforms, sales, and product teams.Automation & Efficiency: Build scalable automation solutions using tools like Clay, Hubspot, and Zapier to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, and Product teams to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and assist in the adoption of new GTM capabilities.System Health & Governance: Maintain the health, security, and integrity of the GTM systems, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
Who You Are:You are a proven revenue architect with 4 - 6 years scaling B2B SaaS or AI companies through product-led and enterprise motions. You've built GTM engines at companies like Figma, Clay, Notion, Slack, or similar high-growth platforms.
You Bring:Entrepreneurial background aligned with ambiguous early-stage start-upsCurrent/Similar product position within AI/Fintech industry (e.g., $20-$500/month SaaS sold to SMB, early-stage startups, founders, or VCs/accelerators)Commercial instinct and strategic mindset. You understand SaaS unit economics, lifecycle optimization, and growth levers intimately.Hands-on builder with flexible engineering oriented mindset and broad tech stack experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, and new MarTechBonus: Deep network in fundraising, fintech, or investment ecosystems; experience with B2B2C models or marketplace dynamics.
Requirements:4 - 6 years' experience across Go-to-market (GTM) / Revenue Operations, or Sales/Business Systems with a focus on automation and data orchestration within SaaS / AI / B2B startupsHands-on experience with GTM automation tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot) and sales communication platformsProven track record of scaling PLG motions (Figma, Clay, Miro, Notion, Slack, or similar playbook)Proficient in analytics/reporting with the ability to build dashboards and performance insightsStrong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset, with adaptability and analytical skills to align stakeholders on solutions.
