✅ What We're Looking ForAs a Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME), you will:Launch and optimize cold email + LinkedIn campaigns for Outbond itselfOnboard early users via our Done-For-You setup offer (campaign design + buildout)Join intro and onboarding calls with prospects, track progress in Attio, and help close dealsMonitor performance (reply rates, bookings) and iterate on what worksCapture feedback, testimonials, and user winsShare ideas, insights, and quick demos with the team to improve product and messagingOptionally contribute to LinkedIn content or short Loom tutorials based on what you’re seeing in the field

As a GTME, Your Responsibilities Include:1. Build Campaigns for OutbondPlan, write, and launch cold outreach campaigns inside OutbondUse enrichment, personalization, and multi-channel sequencesTarget RevOps, GTM leads, founders — and optimize for booked callsReport on campaign performance weekly2. Own the Early Sales ProcessJoin intro and onboarding calls with early users and prospectsTake notes, update Attio CRM with key data and deal progressHelp move users through free → paid by showing value and building trustSurface objections and feedback directly to the teamFollow up via email, Slack, or Loom to keep users engaged3. Run DFY Onboarding for Early UsersSet up their first live campaign (lead targeting, copy, and launch)Ensure delivery, inboxing, and real-time reportingCommunicate clearly via email or async video (Looms, Slack)Make users feel confident, seen, and excited to upgrade4. Collaborate With TeamShare insights about what’s working and what’s notRecommend improvements to onboarding, messaging, or sequencesCreate mini case studies and campaign screenshots for marketingOptionally write 1 post/week on LinkedIn about what you’re learning (we’ll help!)
