Aurora Payments in a nutshell: 27,000 merchants, $12 billion flowing through their pipes annually—they've built something real, and now they need someone to keep the GTM engine humming.
Your job: be the glue between sales strategy and the tech that makes it stick. HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo—you'll architect the workflows, squash the bugs, and make sure data flows clean.
Daily rhythm: design automations, coach users through snags, build dashboards that actually tell the story, enforce process discipline, and keep the knowledge base from turning into a graveyard.
What matters: 5+ years running GTM ops in SaaS or fintech, fluent in HubSpot guts, SQL chops to slice data, and the grit to say no to chaos.
Why it works: remote flexibility, real scale to operate at, and a chance to build systems that stick—not just patch fires.
