Backed by top-tier investors ($90M+ raised) and trusted by some of the highest-growth software companies in the world, they provide a foundational infrastructure layer that enables SaaS products to scale into the enterprise market.
They are now hiring a GTM Engineer — a hybrid operator who sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and engineering. This role is ideal for a highly technical, data-driven builder who loves designing outbound systems, automating workflows, and driving measurable revenue impact.

About the RoleThe GTM Engineer will architect, implement, and optimize the automated go-to-market systems that fuel the company’s growth. You’ll build scalable outbound workflows, design ICP & TAM models, integrate GTM tools, and run high-velocity experiments to improve acquisition efficiency.
Think of this role as a blend of growth engineer + sales systems architect + five world-class BDRs in one.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams, using tools like Clay, Unify, HubSpot, Apollo, 6sense, Zapier, and custom code to create high-impact outbound motions that feel personalized at scale.
This is a high-leverage individual contributor role with tremendous autonomy and the ability to shape the GTM engine for a category-defining SaaS platform.
What You’ll DoDesign & Operate Automated GTM SystemsBuild and refine outbound workflows using Clay, Unify, Apollo, and HubSpot.Automate lead discovery, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and outreach.Create triggers, signals, and scoring logic to identify high-fit accounts.
Outbound Strategy & ExperimentationArchitect new outbound plays combining data, messaging, enrichment, and timing.Continuously test channels, data sets, messaging variations, and workflows.Improve reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity through iteration.
ICP & TAM ModelingDefine and operationalize ideal customer profiles.Build TAM models aligned with product adoption indicators.Use real conversion data to refine targeting strategies.
Systems Integration & Technical AutomationConnect CRM, enrichment, and outreach tools using APIs, Zapier, or custom scripts.Improve data flow, eliminate manual work, and strengthen technical reliability of GTM systems.Maintain a high-quality GTM tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Apollo/Outreach, Gong/Chorus.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, SDR leadership, and Marketing on funnel optimization.Ensure clean data, accurate scoring, and seamless lead handoff.Build dashboards to measure GTM performance and pipeline health.
Reporting & OptimizationAnalyze campaign data to spot patterns and opportunities.Present insights and make recommendations to GTM leadership.Continuously automate, streamline, and scale outbound motions.
What We’re Looking For
Required3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Systems roles.Hands-on experience with:Clay or CargoHubSpot and/or SalesforceApollo/Outreach6sense or other intent platformsZapier, Make.com, or API-based automationStrong analytical mindset with comfort in reporting, dashboards, and complex workflows.Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.Ability to code or script in Python or JavaScript (or willingness to learn).Highly iterative operator who thrives in experimentation-driven environments.Bonus: prior experience as a BDR or AE before moving into ops/systems.
