ASRC Federal—a government contractor in space, defense, and public health—needs a Senior VP of Growth Operations to sit beside the Chief Growth Officer and wire up the whole machine: talent, processes, tools, budgets, and data.
Your job: make growth stick. Set KPIs, mentor teams, align sales and ops, and turn market trends into winning bids—especially the big ones, $500M+.
Who they want: 20+ years in DoD contracting, capture strategy wins, and the chops to move between boardroom strategy and boots‑on‑ground execution across silos.
Daily work: lead cross‑functional teams, track performance, manage resources, spot bottlenecks, and keep everyone rowing toward the same growth target.
Why it matters: you're building the infrastructure so a government contractor can scale faster, bid smarter, and win bigger—all while mentoring the next layer of leaders.
