Children International serves 218,000 kids across 10 countries, breaking the poverty cycle one young person at a time—and they need someone to make their people operations hum.
You'll architect the HR plumbing: design scalable talent processes, build dashboards that tell the real story, coach regional partners through the messy stuff, and keep the whole machine running clean.
Daily work: translate global strategy into local action, spot bottlenecks, fix them, measure what matters, and make sure hiring, development, and culture feel effortless to the teams doing the real work.
Who fits: 10+ years in HR or talent ops with at least 5 leading the charge; nonprofit experience a plus; bilingual English-Spanish; comfortable in ambiguity, data-driven, and genuinely invested in building belonging.
Why it matters: you're not shuffling papers—you're enabling 1,300 people to serve nearly a quarter million kids. Get the people side right, and the mission scales.
Children International (CI) is a global nonprofit that delivers child and youth development programming to break the cycle of generational poverty.
