Calendly's GTM Operations team runs the plumbing—Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, the whole stack—and now they're wiring AI into it. You'll be the engineer who turns this is tediousinto this just happens.
Build automations that route leads smarter, personalize at scale, and pull insights from customer chatter—using OpenAI, Claude, and whatever else moves the needle. Think: intelligent lead routing, dynamic campaigns, voice‑of‑customer pipelines.
Partner with Growth Marketing to run experiments fast, sketch API bridges between tools, and ship custom LLM apps that make GTM teams' lives simpler. Prototype, measure, iterate, repeat.
You've spent 5+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops at a SaaS shop, comfortable with Clay, Hightouch, SQL, and at least one programming language. You think like a hacker—scrappy, data‑driven, biased toward shipping.
Why: real leverage over how thousands of teams book meetings; work with GTM leaders who actually care about impact; and the freedom to experiment with frontier AI tools before they're boring.
