Sales Operations Engineer

TL;DR

PEO company needs a Salesforce architect—someone to wire up the whole machine so leads flow clean, deals close tight, and handoffs to Implementation don't drop the ball.

You own Salesforce end‑to‑end: Flow automation, CPQ, data plumbing, integrations with underwriting and payroll systems. Think of yourself as the translator between what sales needs and what the platform can actually do.

Daily rhythm: map sales workflows, build validation rules, stitch Salesforce to the HR tech stack, chase data quality, and keep dashboards honest so everyone knows where deals and clients really stand.

Who fits: 3‑5+ years in Sales Ops or Salesforce engineering, Certified Admin (required), Flow mastery, CPQ hands‑on. PEO or benefits industry experience is gold.

Why it matters: your work directly shapes whether clients feel like they're in good hands from day one—or whether they're lost in handoff hell.
