Job Description

About the Opportunity:The organization develops advanced multimodal foundation models focused on video comprehension and video-language modeling. This role is responsible for designing, building, and managing the systems infrastructure supporting go-to-market operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment, to enable scalable and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities:• Own and administer HubSpot as the core GTM platform, including configuration, data structure, and workflow automation• Manage marketing automation systems for campaign execution, routing logic, and engagement tracking across HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesloft• Maintain data hygiene and enrichment using Clay and other GTM data tools• Build scalable automations for lead routing, lifecycle management, company ownership, and partner attribution across platforms such as Avoma and Crossbeam• Create reporting and dashboards for pipeline, performance, and GTM efficiency• Evaluate and implement new GTM tools and integrations to enhance automation and reporting• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to align technical and operational systems with go-to-market strategies• Maintain documentation and governance standards for data, workflows, and integrations across the GTM stack
Requirements:• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a high-growth B2B environment• Admin-level expertise in HubSpot, including configuration of data models, workflows, and integrations• Proven experience with Clay for enrichment, automation, and GTM data workflows• Experience managing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Outreach, or 6sense, and integrating them with CRM systems• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL-based environments• Ability to translate complex GTM requirements into scalable technical solutions• Comfortable working cross-functionally and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
