We’re looking for Forward Deployed Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineers (independent contractor role, PT or FT are both available) to partner with our customers' sales and revenue operations teams to design, implement, and scale repeatable workflows primarily in Clay and with adjacent GTM tooling like CRMs, Sales Engagement tools etc. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and GTM strategy — ensuring our customers extract maximum value from Exportly and Clay.
What You’ll Do
Ideate, build, test, and optimize data workflows in Exportly + Clay (enrichment, routing, prospecting).Partner with Sales & CS to design repeatable playbooks that drive adoption and revenue impact.Implement and maintain integrations with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and similar tools.Translate GTM team needs into technical solutions (automation, API calls, custom scripts).Provide technical expertise during customer onboarding and expansion conversations.Act as a bridge between product and customers, surfacing feedback that shapes Exportly's product roadmap.Document workflows, best practices, and create templates/videos for community enablement.
What Makes You a Fit
Experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Engineering (startup or SaaS preferred).Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.Strong communication skills — you can work directly with customers and internal GTM teams.Builder’s mindset: you are comfortable with ambiguity, can work with poorly defined requirements and find your way through by prototyping quickly, iterating, and eventually scaling what works.Bonus: prior experience at a fast-growth SaaS company or in sales tooling ecosystems.
