Your bread and butter: 2+ years wrestling complex automations, 1+ year deep in Clay, hands dirty with data scraping, CSV wrangling, and the kind of integration puzzles that make most people's heads spin. You speak fluent REST APIs and webhooks.
Day to day: design Claybook processes, stitch tools together, keep data honest, coach junior folks, and spot the next bottleneck before anyone else sees it coming. You're the invisible hand that makes intent-based campaigns actually fire.

We’re searching for a GTM Engineer to help power the Allbound Engine for our partners. You will work behind the scenes to build, optimize and maintain automation workflows, enabling our Strategists to drive revenue growth for our partners through intent-based campaigns.

Allbound Maturity Levels: Build and optimize Claybook processes based on RP’s Allbound Maturity Model.Data Integration: Connect and orchestrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync.Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and accuracy for campaign execution.Innovation & Execution: Design new and creative ways to unlock value through our data and tech stack.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Allbound and RevOps teams to support all aspects of GTM campaigns.Mentorship: Coach junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency.

Required Experience:
