GTM Systems, Senior Manager

Mews Software Development
Remote United States Posted about 1 month ago

TL;DR

Mews is a $1.2B hotel tech unicorn hunting for a systems architect to wire up their revenue engine—Salesforce, Nue, Gainsight, HubSpot, the whole stack—so sales, marketing, and customer success stop talking past each other and start moving in sync.

You'll own the plumbing: lead routing, quote-to-cash workflows, account identity, renewals, and weave AI into the seams so the whole machine hums with minimal hand-cranking.

Lead a 9-person team (Salesforce crew, Gainsight crew, plus support tools) and a $2M budget; set engineering standards like CI/CD and regression testing so changes don't blow up production at 2am.

Who fits: 7+ years building RevOps systems at scale, deep Salesforce and CPQ chops, proven track record redesigning gnarly workflows, and the grit to bring order to chaos.

Why it matters: hospitality is broken; Mews is fixing it; your systems are the nervous system that lets them scale fast without tripping over their own feet.
