The Role
We’re hiring a Go-To-Market Engineer to build and operate the technical backbone of outbound prospecting.
This is not an SDR role. You’ll be responsible for designing, debugging, and scaling outbound systems—from data sourcing and enrichment to cold email execution and iteration. The right person is detail-obsessed, systems-minded, and fluent in modern outbound tooling.
What You’ll Do • Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists using tools like Clay • Design and manage data enrichment workflows (firmographics, technographics, signals) • Execute and optimize cold email campaigns, with strong attention to deliverability and personalization • QA outbound systems end-to-end (data accuracy, logic, personalization tokens) • Identify bottlenecks, edge cases, and failure points in GTM workflows—and fix them • Partner directly with the founder to test and iterate on new outbound GTM plays
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves • Exceptional attention to detail • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data automation tools • Strong understanding of cold email prospecting, including: • List quality • Personalization • Deliverability fundamentals • Campaign structure • Ability to work independently and ship clean, reliable systems
Nice-to-Haves • Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar • Background in B2B SaaS GTM, RevOps, Growth, or Data engineering • Comfort working with large datasets, APIs, or complex spreadsheets • Experience supporting venture-backed startups (pre-seed to Series B)
