GTM Engineer

Camber Hospitals and Health Care
Onsite New York, NY Posted about 1 month ago $120,000 - $160,000 yearly

TL;DR

Camber fixes behavioral health by automating the paperwork so doctors can actually care for patients—and they're hiring someone to keep the sales engine from seizing up.

Your job: make HubSpot sing, own the data plumbing, set fair quotas and territories, then help sales teams scale without breaking.

Who fits: 2–4 years in startup sales ops or RevOps, fluent in HubSpot, comfortable with Excel and forecasting, and scrappy enough to wear five hats at once.

Why it matters: $50M backed, mission‑driven team that laughs at the absurdity of broken healthcare while fixing it—you're not just tuning a CRM, you're enabling better care.

Logistics: NYC‑based, hybrid preferred, HIPAA compliance baked in, and a culture that actually means it when they say they want to change how startups operate.
