AirOps helps brands stay visible when AI does the searching—think SEO for the ChatGPT era. You're the first GTM Engineer, which means you're building the plumbing that turns signals into personalized outreach at scale.
Your toolkit: Clay workflows, Smartlead campaigns, data enrichment—stitching them together so a prospect's buying signal triggers the right message to the right person at the right time, across channels.
Daily rhythm: manage the outbound stack, build Clay tables that spot signals, run experiments on messaging and segments, measure what sticks, and keep the whole machine humming without dropping emails in spam.
Who fits: 2+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar; fluent in Clay and email tools; comfortable with APIs and webhooks; thinks in systems, not silos.
Why now: early enough to shape how AirOps wins customers, backed by serious investors, and a chance to prove that outbound—done right, with AI and data—still moves the needle.
