Job Description

We’re building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. We’re backed by YCombinator, General Catalyst, and a16z and have over 500 B2B companies trusting Pylon to power their customer support and success.

Our GTM tech stack includes tools like Salesforce, Pylon, Clay, Default, and Equals.

As our first RevOps hire you will:

Be responsible for supporting revenue data analyses, tool administration, and end-to-end execution of sales processes and daily business operationsWork closely with founders to instrument sales processes and discover points of leverageStand up pipeline metrics, forecasting, and more new processes from the ground upCreate dashboards to provide organizational visibility of sales, customer, and revenue KPIsExecute ad hoc tactical activities to help scale day-to-day revenue operations

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, GTM operations, management consulting, investment banking, or other related fieldExpertise in SalesforceAnalytical mind and data drivenPreferred experience working at a high-growth startup

Compensation And Benefits

The benchmark compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 USD, however, the offered compensation may be higher or lower depending on your skill-level and experience-level.
