We're a GTM Engineering Studio working with Series B to pre-IPO companies building the next generation of B2B software.
Our clients include Canva, KongHQ, Linear, Descript, WorkOS, and many more Top 1% company
We don't run generic RevOps services— we build decision systems that scale pipeline without scaling GTM tech dept. We design and implement modern revenue systems across GTM engineering and RevOps (enrichment, scoring, and agentic workflows).
The RoleYou own delivery quality, velocity, and clarity across 3-4 high-stakes client engagements.You're the operational backbone that ensures what we commit to actually ships — cleanly, on time, and at the right quality bar.
You are NOT:
A task coordinator or status reporterRunning sales or designing strategy from scratchMicromanaging juniors or chasing tasks
You ARE:
The owner of execution across multiple complex client projectsThe first line of delivery questions (not the founder)The quality gate between doneand client-readyThe person who turns ambiguity into executable plans
What You'll Own
Client Delivery
Own delivery timelines, milestones, and priorities across active clientsTranslate strategic direction into clear execution plansTrack progress, unblock issues, escalate risks earlyEnsure deliverables are documented and ready for handoff
Workflow Management
Run weekly delivery cadences (internal + client-facing)Maintain delivery systems (Notion/Linear/Slack)Coordinate contractors and GTM engineers across workflowsMake sure nothing falls through the cracks
Founder Leverage
Prepare client updates, agendas, and summariesTurn ambiguous requests into actionable next stepsPush back when scope or timelines driftOwn the howso the founder can focus on whatand why
Quality Control
Review outputs for clarity, completeness, and correctnessEnsure clean handoffs (docs, fields, logic, instructions)Flag when something needs another pass vs. is client-ready
Non-NegotiablesSenior RevOps Background
Sr. Manager+ level at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancyYou've built and scaled GTM systems from scratch, not just inherited themDeep understanding of data models, enrichment workflows, scoring logic, and automation architecture
Modern GTM Stack Fluency
Salesforce, HubSpot (conceptually, not necessarily hands-on config)Modern GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Gong, Chorus, Clearbit, 6sense, etc.Experience with enrichment + AI-native GTM workflowsYou understand how these tools connect and where they break
Delivery Excellence
Comfortable coordinating technical operators (GTM engineers, data, RevOps)Exceptional written communication (this is critical)Can prioritize under ambiguity and push back when neededAsync-first, remote delivery experience
