Revenue Architects is a GTM engineering studio—not a services shop—that builds decision systems for Series B to pre-IPO companies like Canva and Linear. You'll own delivery across 3-4 high-stakes client projects, turning ambiguous requests into clean, shipped work.

Your job: be the operational spine. Track timelines, unblock issues, review outputs for client-readiness, run weekly cadences, and make sure nothing slips through cracks. You're not a task coordinator—you're the quality gate between doneand actually ready.

Who fits: senior RevOps operator (Sr. Manager+) who's built GTM systems from scratch, speaks fluent Salesforce/HubSpot/Clay/Apollo, and can coordinate technical teams while writing with crystal clarity. You've either led delivery at a consultancy, run complex cross-functional projects at a high-growth SaaS, or been an early operator who owned execution end-to-end.

We're a GTM Engineering Studio working with Series B to pre-IPO companies building the next generation of B2B software.
Our clients include Canva, KongHQ, Linear, Descript, WorkOS, and many more Top 1% company
We don't run generic RevOps services— we build decision systems that scale pipeline without scaling GTM tech dept. We design and implement modern revenue systems across GTM engineering and RevOps (enrichment, scoring, and agentic workflows).
The RoleYou own delivery quality, velocity, and clarity across 3-4 high-stakes client engagements.You're the operational backbone that ensures what we commit to actually ships — cleanly, on time, and at the right quality bar.
You are NOT:
A task coordinator or status reporterRunning sales or designing strategy from scratchMicromanaging juniors or chasing tasks
You ARE:

What You'll Own
Client Delivery
Own delivery timelines, milestones, and priorities across active clientsTranslate strategic direction into clear execution plansTrack progress, unblock issues, escalate risks earlyEnsure deliverables are documented and ready for handoff
Workflow Management
Run weekly delivery cadences (internal + client-facing)Maintain delivery systems (Notion/Linear/Slack)Coordinate contractors and GTM engineers across workflowsMake sure nothing falls through the cracks
Founder Leverage
