VOLT AI in plain terms: they're hiring an engineer—not a marketer—to wire up the plumbing so leads flow, convert, and expand without anyone pushing buttons by hand.
Your job: own the CRM guts, write Python to glue marketing platforms to product data, build dashboards that show what's working, and kill every manual step that doesn't deserve to exist.
Daily rhythm: integrate APIs, script automations, chase data integrity, partner with sales and marketing to test GTM ideas fast, then scale the ones that stick.
Who fits: 5+ years building growth or automation systems, fluent in Python or JavaScript, comfortable inside HubSpot or Salesforce at the systems level, and hungry to treat GTM infrastructure like real engineering.
Why it matters: when your plumbing works, sales stops drowning in spreadsheets and marketing stops guessing—conversion rates climb, velocity climbs, and VOLT AI's GTM becomes a moat.
