Job Description

About the RoleWe’re looking for a GTM Engineer(Cybersecurity) to sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and security product teams. This role is critical in building and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion.
You’ll design, automate, and optimize GTM systems while deeply understanding cybersecurity buyers, products, and sales cycles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and revenue impact.
What You’ll DoArchitect and own the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, data pipelines)Build automation for lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and pipeline trackingPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enable enterprise and mid-market cybersecurity sales motionsTranslate cybersecurity product complexity into scalable GTM workflowsOwn data quality, attribution, and reporting across the funnelSupport sales enablement with tooling, dashboards, and technical documentationImprove efficiency across outbound, inbound, and partner GTM motionsEnsure GTM systems meet security, compliance, and data governance standards
What We’re Looking ForRequired7+ years' experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with:Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)Sales tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo)Solid understanding of B2B cybersecurity products (cloud security, identity, DevSecOps, network security, etc.)Ability to write scripts or workflows (SQL, Python, JavaScript preferred)Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teamsNice to HavePrior experience in cybersecurity SaaSFamiliarity with security buying personas (CISO, SecOps, IT)Experience supporting enterprise sales cyclesKnowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR)Why This Role MattersYou’ll help ensure that revenue teams move as fast and securely as the product, making GTM execution a competitive advantage.
