About the role:The Growth Marketing team is the engine behind pipeline acceleration. We operate at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and automation—orchestrating ABM plays, building intelligent workflows, and optimizing every touchpoint that turns interest into opportunity. As the team responsible for bringing in qualified leads and nurturing them across the funnel, we directly impact revenue and go-to-market success.
As the Go-To-Market Engineer, you'll be the systems thinker and builder who operationalizes marketing and sales strategy into scalable, automated execution. You'll own building sales enablement tools, automating outbound workflows, and creating the orchestration layers that make their GTM motion smarter and faster. Using tools like Clay, N8N, or Make, along with APIs and webhooks, you'll eliminate manual work across the funnel—from automated prospect research and personalized outreach to multi-touch ABM campaigns and funnel diagnostics. You're not just running campaigns; you're engineering the systems that power them. If you see GTM processes as code to be optimized and have a builder mentality with intermediate to advanced automation skills, this is your role.
