Job Description

At TAM to Target, we build Go-To-Market Operating Systems that integrate signal-based outbound, low-code automation, and CRM infrastructure to surface the right leads and drive efficient revenue generation. We are a team of builders, strategists, and execution experts obsessed with building quality systems our clients own and scale.
We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, client-facing, highly strategic, and deeply technical role. You'll own several key accounts and work alongside our Ops and GTM team to design and execute outbound GTM systems that surface the best leads.
Key Responsibilities
Build signal-based outbound systems using tools like Clay, Octave, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apify, and moreArchitect and automate multichannel ABM campaigns using CRM, outbound, and enrichment platformsIdentify and operationalize key signals, triggers, and intent data across verticalsDesign and execute custom workflows using low-code tools to integrate CRMs, email platforms, and third-party dataRun creative micro-ABM plays and surface in-market leads from noiseCollaborate closely with SDRs and client AEs to align outreach with pipeline goalsParticipate in client strategy calls and drive adoption of best practices for GTM systemsIterate on and refine GTM plays to improve our clients' top-of-funnel motion
RequirementsU.S.-based and authorized to work full time3+ years experience in sales ops, marketing ops, revenue ops, or outbound strategy rolesAdvanced user of Clay.com, with hands-on experience building scalable outbound workflows. Proficiency with Lemlist, Smartlead, HubSpot, Salesforce, and enrichment toolsStrong working knowledge of low-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Clay)Deep understanding of CRM structure and outbound pipeline strategyAbility to work directly with clients, guide strategy, and clearly present results and ideasProven ability to build outbound campaigns using intent signals, triggers, and 3rd party dataHighly creative, process-driven, and eager to test new approaches
Preferred Experience: Experience building and deploying AI agents for outbound or research use casesHands-on experience with Octave for message generation, ICP filtering, and trigger-based ABMDesigning and implementing lead scoring frameworks that guide SDR focus and improve conversion
