Freelance GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer
OverviewTechnical GTM Engineer for a fast-growing talent-tech platform, responsible for building, integrating, and automating the revenue-stack around HubSpot to turn data into predictable pipeline and revenue.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical side of the GTM stack (HubSpot, Segment, Clearbit, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and the data warehouse)Design and maintain a robust event schema; set up tracking via APIs, webhooks, and CDPBuild and optimize low-code / no-code workflows (Zapier, Workato, Python/JS scripts) that eliminate manual steps for SDRs, AMs, and Customer SuccessImplement lead routing, scoring, enrichment, SLAs, and attribution modelsCreate dashboards that surface real-time KPIs for marketing, sales, and rev-opsPartner with RevOps & Marketing to translate business requirements into technical specs, docs, and runbooksPrototype AI-driven tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) to enrich data or personalize outreach at scaleChampion data governance, deduplication, and a single source of truth
Requirements
4+ years in technical RevOps, marketing engineering, or data engineering rolesProven track record integrating and automating SaaS GTM stacks with HubSpot at the coreFluency in REST/GraphQL APIs, JavaScript or Python, and SQLExperience with CDPs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ship MVPs in days, not weeksExcellent written and verbal communication; able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBonus: familiarity with staffing/recruiting workflows, generative-AI prompting, dbt, or Airflow
