GTM Engineer (Contract) Project-based GTM Engineer for Clay, Make.com, and HubSpot Workflows
Born out of a leading mid-market Private Equity firm, Sierra Growth Partners is a boutique go-to-market consulting firm that helps founder-led B2B companies ($5M–$30M ARR) scale revenue, operationalize GTM strategy, and prepare for exit. We embed with clients, build scalable systems, and drive outcomes that matter—pipeline, conversion, and enterprise value.
About the RoleSierra Growth Partners is looking for a creative, innovative GTM Systems & Automation Engineer to bring clarity, speed, and scale to how our clients generate and convert pipeline.
You’ll design and build workflows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Make.com to automate lead enrichment, routing, reporting, and outbound readiness. You’ll also implement SPICED-aligned processes inside client CRMs and create dashboards that expose what's working—and what needs attention.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, combining strong GTM instincts with low-code automation skills. In the process, you will learn about how our clients build enterprise value and position themselves for exit.
What You’ll DoDesign & build workflows that handle lead intake, enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle progression across CRM and automation layersOwn CRM hygiene and structure: Define stages, triggers, and status logic to reflect real-world buyer journeysBuild executive- and rep-level dashboards in HubSpot and SalesforceOperationalize SPICED methodology in opportunity management workflows and templatesAutomate outbound readiness: Push enriched leads to outreach systems with personalized fieldsCreate and manage multi-tool sync logic using Make.com (e.g., Slack alerts, Notion updates, Airtable sync)Support GTM teams with documentation, training, and iteration of what you’ve built
