Job Description

Job Title: RevOps / GTM Analyst
Role Purpose:The GTM & RevOps Analyst plays a critical role in designing and optimizing the systems that power FullFunnel’s Revenue Operations engine. This role focuses on building scalable, efficient, and automated workflows that reduce operational friction across sales, marketing, and customer success processes. The analyst will use process engineering, data insights, and modern tooling to drive performance and efficiency across go-to-market (GTM) programs.

Core Responsibilities:RevOps System Design:Architect and maintain systems that support end-to-end GTM workflows—covering lead management, campaign operations, pipeline visibility, and customer lifecycle optimization.Process Engineering:Identify inefficiencies and build standardized, automated workflows to streamline revenue-critical operations across sales and marketing.Tool and Integration Management:Configure and optimize RevOps platforms and integrations (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, n8n, Make, Trello, Slack, etc.) to create seamless and scalable infrastructure.Data Infrastructure & Reporting:Monitor performance metrics across the revenue engine. Build and maintain dashboards, process analytics, and reporting frameworks to drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Service Delivery to ensure operational consistency and alignment across functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:Must-Haves:The capability of working on a dynamic array of problems across multiple client accounts. Systems thinker with a bias toward automation and standardizationStrong grasp of RevOps principles and modern GTM architecturesProven experience with workflow tools and automation platforms (Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)Ability to interpret and act on data to optimize operational performanceDetail-oriented and process-driven with strong documentation skillsExperience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops roleFamiliarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce), lead enrichment platforms (Clay, etc), and analytics tools.Exposure to B2B go-to-market strategies and sales enablement practicesNice-to-Haves:Technical literacy in APIs, webhook usage, and basic scripting for automationHands on experience running demand generation campaignsHands on experience running a B2B sales process
