The Role:

We're looking for a systems-thinker and operational builder who thrives in ambiguity. You’ve built RevOps or GTM infrastructure from the ground up — not just dashboards, but full-stack workflows that scale. You think in processes, not point solutions. You know how to connect the dots across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, and you’re just as comfortable digging into Salesforce config as you are aligning on strategy with execs.

Job Duties:You’ll own all things RevOps — from CRM hygiene and forecasting to commissions, funnel design, and reporting infrastructure. This is a player-coach role: you’ll drive strategy while executing tactically to remove GTM friction. You’ll partner cross-functionally with sales, sales development, marketing, customer success and support to improve funnel conversion, reporting clarity, and revenue predictability.

Qualifications:5 - 10 years of experience leading Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS startupsExperience with lead generation and working with outbound BDR orgsSeries B or C startup experienceProven track record of owning sales tech stack, data pipelines, and reporting in top-performing sales organizationsProficient with Salesforce, Clay, and ApolloStrong financial modeling + SQL skills
