Job Description

We’re an early-stage, venture-backed startup building innovative AI-driven software, and we’re looking for a scrappy technical GTM Engineer experience, to own and scale inbound growth systems. If you love automation, Clay is your second language, and you’re looking to build from the ground up with a fast-paced team, this is for you.
This is not a traditional 9–5. You’ll be joining a small, hands-on team working onsite in NYC, collaborating, experimenting, and moving fast to drive impact across marketing and sales. Expect startup hours, full ownership, and a direct path to seeing your work turn into growth.
What You'll Do
Build and automate inbound workflows using Clay (must-have), from list generation to lead scoring and routingRun growth experiments to optimize lead funnels, web conversions, and MQL handoff to salesDesign creative outbound triggers using data enrichment, triggers, and AI prompts to engage high-value targetsTrack performance & attribution across the full funnel; build dashboards and feedback loops to improve targetingOwn and evolve our GTM stack — focused around Clay, but with flexibility to add the right tools over timeCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on messaging and growth prioritiesCreate content assets (emails, mini-campaigns, playbooks, case studies) to support top-of-funnel engagement
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in growth engineering, marketing ops, or GTM automation rolesStrong experience using Clay, this is a mustTrack record of running outbound/inbound experiments and generating pipeline at early-stage startups (Seed to Series C)Comfortable working directly in data and building internal tooling using APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and integrationsUnderstanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel optimizationStrong operator mindset — someone who can own and drive initiatives with minimal handholdingBased in NYC or open to relocating (this role is 100% onsite, 5 days/week)
