Job Description

A leading $500M ARR Data/Analytics and Insights company is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead its end-to-end revenue operations function. This role is central to aligning go-to-market efforts across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, driving scalable growth and operational rigor.
The VP, Revenue Operations will serve as a key partner to the executive team, owning pipeline forecasting, performance analytics, GTM systems, territory design, and strategic initiatives that support global revenue acceleration.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the global revenue operations roadmap, supporting growth and go-to-market alignment.Build scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions.Streamline and optimize cross-functional GTM workflows across the full customer lifecycle.Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of the company’s revenue tech stack, ensuring tools support business objectives.Partner with sales and finance to drive equitable and efficient territory design, quota setting, and incentive planning.Collaborate with enablement, marketing, and product teams to support seller effectiveness and customer outcomes.Build, coach, and scale a high-performing RevOps team focused on insights, execution, and innovation.
Ideal Profile10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations leadership within a complex B2B environment.Deep understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting methodologies, and GTM motion optimization.Proven experience managing and scaling global revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, BI tools).Strong data orientation with the ability to extract actionable insights and influence strategic direction.Executive presence with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through change.Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments preferred.
