Your mission: be the plumber‑in‑chief of our revenue engine. Make HubSpot sing, wire up AI tools that actually help, and keep data flowing clean between systems so sales and marketing don't trip over each other.

Daily rhythm: bounce between HubSpot admin, Clay for leads, Instantly for outreach, and a bunch of other modern tools. Build the pipes that make ABM and lead scoring actually work, not just sound good in meetings.

Our proprietary technology creates individually personalized, automated direct mail campaigns as easily as email and for less than the cost of a click. We help online brands reach and retain more of their customers as email engagement declines, iOS makes it harder to target customers online, and competition is driving up CPCs. We cut through the digital clutter to drive remarkable incremental revenue and profits, and have the data, case studies, and growth to back it up (2x YoY, 100+ employees and growing fast). We are profitable and recently raised a Series A growth investment from Summit Partners and the founders of Klaviyo.
The PositionAs the GTM Engineer at PostPilot, you will architect and optimize our revenue engine. You will own our HubSpot instance, leverage AI and automation tools, ensure clean and actionable data flows between systems and our product, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth. You’ll work with a modern GTM stack including Instantly, Clay, StoreLeads, RB2B, Zapier, and n8n, and play a critical role in enabling GTM strategies such as ABM, lead scoring, and lead nurture by building the underlying infrastructure and processes.
You’ll be responsible for:GTM Infrastructure & Process Enablement: Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and workflows required to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies such as account-based marketing (ABM), lead scoring, lead nurture, and pipeline management.HubSpot & Data Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs, including workflow, pipeline, and integration management.AI & Automation: Deploy and manage AI-powered tools (e.g., Clay for lead generation and outreach, Instantly for cold email automation, StoreLeads and RB2B for prospecting and enrichment).Revenue Performance & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking key revenue and marketing metrics across the funnel, to be able to optimize campaigns and processes based on data-driven insights.Tool Integration & Enablement: Integrate and orchestrate data and workflows between Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, StoreLeads, RB2B, Zapier, n8n, and the PostPilot platform. Ensure seamless prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and reporting across the stack. Train and support team members on best practices for using these tools.
What we’re looking for:3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related roles (preferably in SaaS or eCommerce).Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and automation.Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools: Instantly, Clay, StoreLeads, RB2B, Zapier, and n8n.Demonstrated expertise in building and supporting infrastructure for GTM strategies such as ABM, lead scoring, lead nurture, and pipeline management.Strong analytical and data management skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.Familiarity with data integration, API workflows, and automation best practices.A good understanding of SQL. Experience with AI tools - we’re an AI first company. Excellent communication and project management skills.A passion for process improvement, automation, and driving measurable results.
