Job Description

Wurkzen Sales360 is hiring a hunter.But not just any hunter, we’re looking for a revenue operator who can sell, optimize, and scale. Someone who doesn’t just close deals, but builds the engine to close 100 more. If you don't have experience with RevOps and Lead Generation automation tools, this may not be a good fit for you. In this role, you are your own boss, you will be working directly with the CEO telling the CEO what to do on Sales and Marketing, not the other way around.
What You’ll Do:Own the full sales cycle: leadgen, qualification, demo, close, and handoff to onboarding.Manage prospective customers and get them to closed won.Launch and scale outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, Zapier, etc.Contribute to growth strategy: LinkedIn automation, retargeting, and AI-powered lead flows.Collaborate on Google Ads and Meta campaigns — possibly managing campaigns if you're up for it.Work directly with the CEO and founding team to shape the future of AI-driven business tools.
What You Bring:You must have experience scaling startup sales from ZERO TO 1.Sales experience — ideally B2B SaaS with deals $500+/mo.Hands-on with tools like Clay, HeyReach, Lemlist, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar.Ability to build and test RevOps flows, not just use them.Bonus: marketing chops or strong instincts for paid media, copywriting, or growth loops.
