Your Role

We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our go-to-market strategy by leveraging innovative processes, cutting-edge tooling, and AI-driven insights. As aGTM Engineer at Token, you will optimize how our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams engage prospects, drive pipeline, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute experiments leveraging AI-driven tools to rapidly scale successful GTM strategies.Own and manage Token’s GTM technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo),implementing automation for streamlined workflows.Develop and manage dashboards, monitor full-funnel KPIs, and provide actionable insights that continuously refine our GTM approach.Use advanced AI tools (e.g., Trigify, Champify, Nooks) to precisely target and engage senior decision-makers, ensuring higher pipeline conversion.Execute initiatives designed to significantly enhance pipeline efficiency, enabling Tokent o scale rapidly without expanding headcount proportionally.Constantly explore, evaluate, and implement new tools, techniques, and industry best practices, shaping Token Security’s approach to GTM innovation.Design scalable outbound processes and optimize sales toolsDevelop playbooks and enablement materials, and support front-line teams through training and adoption of GTM tools and processes to ensure smooth rollouts and strong engagement.

Requirements

4+ years experience in sales operations, SDR, growth marketing or GTM roles.Proven expertise managing CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot,Apollo, or similar).Experience implementing AI-driven sales engagement and analytics tools.Strong analytical skills, proficient with data analysis, experimentation, and performance tracking.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with an ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and eager to define and refine processes proactively.
