Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a GTM Engineer. The GTM Engineer will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy by collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive seamless SSO integrations. Key tasks include providing technical expertise to onboard customers, identifying opportunities for process optimization, monitoring system performance, and contributing to the development of tools that empower customers. The role also offers opportunities to work on SaaS security and authentication solutions tailored for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in coding, software development, and troubleshooting skillsExperience with identity and access management concepts, including SSO, multi-factor authentication, and directory synchronizationTechnical collaboration and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer support and successUnderstanding of GTM strategies, SaaS business models, and technical sales supportExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with pre-built SSO connectors, audit logging, and modern team management approaches is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience working in a dynamic startup or SaaS environment is desirable
