Head of Revenue Operations – Identity | Remote (East Coast, North America)
Our client, a fast-growing startup in the identity and access management space, is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to take ownership of their end-to-end GTM operations. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast of North America to align with key team and customer time zones.
As Head of RevOps, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in building a scalable, data-driven revenue engine. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to design and execute operational processes that support growth, improve visibility, and drive performance across the entire customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in early-stage B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of revenue operations best practices, GTM alignment, and the dynamics of the identity or cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities:Build and lead the RevOps function across sales, marketing, and customer successDesign and implement scalable systems and processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingOwn and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM and automation toolsPartner with leadership on strategic planning, compensation design, and performance metricsUse data to drive insights, improve conversion rates, and accelerate revenue growth
