Job Description

We’re an early-stage, venture-backed startup building innovative AI-driven software, and we’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to own and scale inbound growth systems. If you love automation, Clay is your second language, and you’re looking to build from the ground up with a fast-paced team, this is for you.
This is not a traditional 9–5. You’ll be joining a small, hands-on team working onsite in NYC, collaborating, experimenting, and moving fast to drive impact across marketing and sales. Expect startup hours, full ownership, and a direct path to seeing your work turn into growth.
What You'll Do
Own the MQL Engine: Build an end-to-end autonomous pipeline for generating, qualifying, and enriching leads from multiple intent signals.Automation & Tooling: Architect and deploy workflows using tools like Clay, La Growth Machine, Zapier, HubSpot/Salesforce, enrichment APIs, and others.Data Ops: Write scripts (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to connect tools, cleanse/enrich data, and feed it into outbound workflows.Experimentation: Continuously A/B test and optimize messaging, targeting, and performance. Build data-driven feedback loops.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, growth, and product teams. Document systems for scale and transition to GTM ops over time.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with outbound tools (Clay, La Growth Machine, Smartlead, Zapier, etc.)Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for workflow automationStrong understanding of GTM funnels, MQL/SQL definitions, and lifecycle automationAbility to debug APIs, webhooks, and integrations across cloud toolsStrong testing, iteration, and optimization mindsetExperience with AI-enhanced workflows (e.g., lead scoring, enrichment, email personalization)Built internal dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Retool, dbt, Hex)Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup (a plus)
