Summary

ZipRecruiter is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Manager of Revenue Operations to spearhead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. This critical role will be the central owner of the systems that empower our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is a technology-savvy leader with a deep understanding of the intricate needs of GTM departments and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into a cohesive and powerful tech stack, with a key focus on identifying and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions to build a more efficient, automated, and intelligent revenue engine. This role is pivotal in ensuring we are not just keeping up with, but staying ahead of, the technological curve to maximize our revenue potential.

Key Focuses

Own and execute the roadmap for our GTM tech stack, with a focus on integrating AI solutions that create a competitive edgeLead and develop a team of GTM technology specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementPartner with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases, including for AI-powered toolsResearch and evaluate AI and GTM vendors, lead proof-of-concepts, and manage tool selection, implementation, and contractsIdentify opportunities to automate sales, marketing, and CS workflows (e.g., lead scoring, forecasting, conversation intelligence)Ensure seamless integration and data flow across platforms to support a unified customer journey and GTM alignmentOptimize existing tech stack performance, user adoption, and return on investmentCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support data infrastructure and governance for reporting and forecastingDevelop training and enablement programs to ensure GTM teams fully utilize the tech stack and AI capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM technology management roles4+ years of people management experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience designing, implementing, and optimizing a B2B go-to-market technology stackStrong understanding of AI applications in GTM workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization, engagement tools)Familiarity with GTM tools, including:CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)Sales engagement & enrichment (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo)Conversation intelligence (Gong, Salesloft)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting or partnering closely with Marketing Operations teamsFamiliarity with data governance best practices, including maintaining data quality and consistency across systemsHands-on experience with AI-native tools or embedded AI features in platforms like Salesforce Einstein, 6sense, or GongProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, CS, and Marketing workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutionsComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $185,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
