Position Summary:OnBoard is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer who will focus on developing automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows to support the GTM function. The position works at the intersection of revenue strategy, operations, and technology to develop scalable solutions that facilitate growth based on ideal customer profiles.The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, RevOps, and Product, to design data-driven workflows and enhance operational efficiency in engaging with customers.
