Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Sales Systems We are looking for a highly skilled Revenue Operations and Sales Systems Senior Manager to serve as a standalone contributor with a focus on enabling a seamless, insight driven buying journey across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. With 5+ years of experience, this role drives intelligence, optimizes processes, and enables change across the go-to-market organization, and is ideal for someone who thrives in building scalable systems, driving alignment and efficiency, delivering actionable insights, and influencing leadership decisions.

RemoteJob Duties and Responsibilities Cross functional alignment{{:}} Serve as the single point of accountability for Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Partner with GTM leadership to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and growth opportunities, leveraging AI-driven insights to shape strategy. Provide strategic recommendations that improve revenue efficiency and scalability, integrating predictive and prescriptive analytics. Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability through effective change management, with a focus on AI adoption and human-AI collaboration. Act as a change agent by leading process improvements, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success of systems and practices, including AI-powered workflows. Planning, Forecasting, and Insights{{:}} Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leadership to build accurate forecasts and deliver forward-looking analysis to support strategic planning. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership by analyzing pipeline health, revenue metrics, and customer lifecycle data. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor GTM performance. Tech stack and data management{{:}} Own the administration, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other systems—while implementing AI-driven solutions and integrations to enhance automation, pipeline visibility, and decision-making. Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Document processes across the tech stack to support enablement, onboarding, and training. Other duties as assigned by management. Required Education and Experience 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (experience in a standalone or early-stage function preferred). Experience in SaaS or other B2B technology companies. Experience with AI-enabled RevOps tools. Strong Salesforce (or other CRM) administration and optimization skills. Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools. Experience leading change management initiatives across GTM teams. Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence senior leadership. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in an independent, “department-of-one” role. Preferred Education and Experience Familiarity with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms. Knowledge of SQL or advanced analytics techniques. Experience working in cybersecurity and/or banking
