Remote helps companies hire anyone anywhere—no paperwork headaches. Now they need someone to untangle their sales plumbing.
Your mission: make the sales machine hum. Spot the friction points, sketch smarter flows in Salesforce and friends, then coach the team through the new moves.
Daily beat: root out process knots, test fixes fast, automate what makes sense, and keep the data clean. You'll bounce between six tools but that's the point—making them play nice.
Who fits: you've done ops before (sales, revenue, whatever flavor), speak fluent Salesforce, and get a kick out of turning chaos into clean lines.
Perks: work from anywhere ($41‑92k depending where), async culture (meetings don't run your life), solid benefits, and a shot at making global hiring actually work.
