ModSquad in a nutshell: they handle community, moderation, and customer care for big brands—now they need someone to wire up their own GTM engine so sales and marketing stop talking past each other.
Your job: be the plumber. Stitch Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, ZoomInfo, and a dozen other tools into one clean picture so leadership can see what's actually working.
Daily work: build dashboards that don't lie, operationalize ABM so accounts get tracked end-to-end, sprinkle in AI where it saves time, and keep testing instead of guessing.
Who fits: 5+ years in RevOps or Marketing Ops, fluent in the full tech stack, comfortable with data models and attribution, and brave enough to push back on senior leaders when the numbers say so.
Why bother: remote-first, real equity in shaping a GTM engine from the ground up, and a shot at building something that actually scales—$125–175k, depending on where you sit.
We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew.
We’re looking for a GTM Systems and Operations Manager to scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. You’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of systems, processes, and GTM operations. You have the ability to see around corners and design with the future in mind. More than that, you're a force multiplier: your work doesn’t just unblock teams—it amplifies their efficiency, elevates their execution, and accelerates revenue across the entire business.
This role is ideal for someone who loves leveraging data, optimizing systems, and building processes that power growth and create impact.
What You’ll DoCollaborate closely with our Technology team to help architect the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, GA4, attribution platforms, DSPs, AI-driven content tools, etc.) and ensure the tools are integrated with one another, and aligned to our go-to-market strategy
Build and maintain robust attribution, funnel efficiency, and ABM reporting across GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo to provide a clear view of pipeline, ROI, account engagement, TAL coverage, and penetration
Lead data model design, and partner with our technology team on systems integration, and process optimization across the full funnel (acquisition, retention, expansion, reactivation)
Operationalize ABM strategies—including account targeting, orchestration, and measurement—using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo DSP, and HubSpot Journeys
Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership to align GTM motions around the BowTie model and Winning by Design frameworks
Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven GTM tools to contribute to the design and collaborative implementation of AI within our GTM TechStack across the entire Bowtie model, focusing on AI-powered intelligence, and personalization automation across all channels, leveraging AI for increased speed and scalability.
Champion a test-and-learn culture, using data to challenge assumptions and improve effectiveness across demand gen, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
What We’re Looking For5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Ops roles, with experience owning GTM systems and processes end-to-end
Deep knowledge of marketing technology stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google Ads, attribution platforms)
Hands-on experience with attribution reporting, funnel analytics, and campaign ROI tracking
Familiarity with generative AI (e.g., Jasper.ai), SEO/GEO, and how to operationalize content workflows with AI tools
Skilled in full-funnel strategy (acquisition, retention, expansion, reactivation) and Account-Based Sales & Marketing
Strong understanding of the BowTie model, and recurring revenue architecture across the entire journey to acquire, retain and grow
Proven ability to design and implement data models, system architecture, and reporting frameworks that scale
Executive presence: able to partner with and challenge senior leadership (CRO/VP Marketing) with confidence and credibility
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
High EQ and a sense of humor are required
Individual base pay or rate depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job or contract duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Although we have opportunities across the globe, this advertisement, unless otherwise specified, excludes individuals residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington at this time.
