Early GTM hire at Portex—you'll be the Swiss Army knife between sales pipes and product signals. Not for the faint of heart.
Your plate: juggle 5+ projects across lead gen, analytics, and ops; build the plumbing (Salesforce, Outreach, Clay) that'll scale; make the CEO's sales playbook sing.

Warning label: this is a 60+ hour week gig—you'll be building the engine while the car's moving. Bay Area presence (3+ days) required to work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the CEO.
Trade‑off: competitive pay, real equity, standard benefits—but mainly the chance to wire up a fresh B2B rocket before it leaves the pad.
