About The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and support the growth of our go-to-market engine. In this pivotal position, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for driving revenue by working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive operational efficiency, optimize the funnel, and ensure clean, consistent reporting to help the business scale effectively.
What You Will Do
Own and optimize key GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach tools, etc.)Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting across revenue functionsDrive forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility for Sales and CSPartner with Marketing to align on lead routing, attribution, and funnel performanceManage commission tracking, territory planning, and quota setting in collaboration with FinanceIdentify and implement process improvements to remove friction and increase conversionSupport the roll-out of tools, playbooks, and training to revenue teamsConduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
Who We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Operations, or related rolesStrong proficiency in Salesforce and the Outbound stack (Sales Nav, Instantly, Clay, or equivalent)Analytical mindset with advanced analytical skills and proficient in SQLExperience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a plusExcellent communication and project management skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environmentPrior experience in B2B SaaS is a bonus but not necessary
