The Growth Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives. This role focuses on aligning GTM processes, capturing requirements, documenting workflows, and translating data into actionable insights that enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between teams, systems, and data, improving efficiency while maintaining clarity and alignment across complex cross-functional initiatives. You will manage campaigns, lead operational projects, and partner closely with analytics and systems teams to optimize processes and enable business decision-making. This position is highly collaborative, strategic, and impact-driven, offering the opportunity to directly influence revenue outcomes and organizational growth.

Accountabilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success teams to document, optimize, and scale GTM processes across pipeline creation, lead conversion, renewals, and expansionCapture and prioritize business requirements, translating them into structured operational workflows and scalable solutionsSupport operational execution of Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, lead routing, campaign tracking, and performance measurementLead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment, tracking, and continuous improvement across growth strategiesAct as the operational connector across GTM teams, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points, and implementing solutions to drive measurable revenue growthCollaborate with GTM Systems Ops and Analytics to maintain data integrity, dashboards, and reporting that inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Ops roles within high-growth tech organizationsDeep understanding of Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops, including pipeline management, campaign operations, renewals, and customer lifecycle managementStrong project management and process documentation skills with the ability to translate data and system outputs into actionable operational initiativesExceptional communication skills to bridge Marketing, Sales, and CS perspectives, ensuring cross-functional alignmentAnalytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a bias toward measurable revenue outcomesExperience identifying process inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and leveraging automation or systems improvements to support operational growth
