Team & scale: manage a junior operator, build repeatable SOPs so the next campaign isn't a custom snowflake, and keep the internal infra team in sync on what you're sending and when.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer / Head of DFY to fully own the DFY side of Mailin.
You’ll be responsible for: • Executing and scaling outbound campaigns • Managing client relationships • Designing systems and SOPs • Overseeing a junior operator who assists with execution
This is an operator + client-facing role. You are effectively running the DFY agency layer on top of our SaaS.

Responsibilities
DFY Ownership & Operations • Own the DFY outbound service end-to-end • Run campaigns for multiple high-volume clients simultaneously • Design and maintain SOPs for onboarding, launch, scaling, and QA • Turn DFY into a repeatable, scalable operation (not custom one-offs)
Cold Email Execution • Build and manage campaigns using: • Instantly • Smartlead • Clay • Handle data sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and list logic • Understand and manage: • Inbox rotation • Domain strategy • Volume ramping • Deliverability and reputation • Monitor results and optimize for replies, meetings, and consistency
Client Management • Act as the main point of contact for DFY clients • Translate ICPs, offers, and goals into outbound systems • Set expectations, provide updates, and manage performance discussions • Help define which clients are a good fit for DFY at scale
Team & Scaling • Manage and delegate work to a junior operator • Review work quality and prevent infra or data mistakes • Work closely with internal infra team to align sending behavior with capacity • Continuously improve systems as volume and client count grow

Must-Have Experience • Either: • Experience working at a large outbound / lead gen / growth agency, or • Previously owned or operated an outbound or lead-gen agency • Deep hands-on experience with: • Instantly • Smartlead • Clay • Proven experience sending cold email at scale (not small tests) • Strong understanding of deliverability and volume management • Comfortable being client-facing and owning outcomes • Able to build systems and processes, not just execute tasks
