Job Description

We’re Hiring a GTM Legend. Are You It?If you’re the kind of person who can walk into a meeting with a CRE exec, deconstruct their entire funnel and CRM architecture on a whiteboard, and then rebuild it with bleeding-edge tools like Clay, Smartlead, Pandamatch, Trigify, HubSpot and OpenAI — this is your role.
We’re not looking for table builders or generalists. We want someone who’s deep — deeply technical, deeply strategic, and deeply experienced in traditional, non-software sectors like:
Corporate Real EstateConstructionProperty ManagementProfessional ServicesAgencies & Consultancies
You’ve seen how outdated their GTM systems are — and you know exactly how to fix them.

What You’ll Actually DoDesign end-to-end Allbound GTM engines that bridge outbound prospecting and inbound nurturing using Clay, Smartlead, Trigify, Pandamatch, Sendspark, and others.
Run deep CRM + Martech audits (HubSpot, Salesforce, Landing Pages, etc.) to extract what’s working and what’s noise.
Act as the strategic architect for large client builds — partnering with our elite GTM Engineers and sometimes growth agency allies to bring GTM systems to life.
Interface directly with C-level execs, understanding their revenue goals, customer journeys, and operational constraints.
Build and test scalable personalization systems using advanced workflows, enrichment automations, and AI-enhanced copy personalization (Clay + OpenAI).

✅ Must-Have Skill StackClay – Certified preferred. You are the person others go to when they break a Clay flow.
HubSpot and/or Salesforce – You know the backend, the workflows, the integrations, the reporting, all of it (RevOps).
Mastery of prospect enrichment, research, and data automation.
Fluent in how to translate business objectives into GTM architecture.
Comfort with tools like Smartlead, Trigify, Pandamatch, Sendspark, Loom, Zapier, Make, and OpenAI-powered workflows.
Ability to collaborate with internal GTM engineers and cross-functional agency partners when needed (for building tables, TAM mapping, etc)
Previous experience in or deep knowledge of non-SaaS industries.

Compensation:Up to $156,000 annual salary (or hourly equivalent if contract)Rates and scope will match your seniority and the impact you can bring. We don’t do fluff. We do results.
