As our first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design and implement scalable revenue systems. Your role is to translate growth objectives into efficient processes, data frameworks, and enablement strategies that drive operational efficiency across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
You’ll oversee the full GTM “ecosystem,” from lead acquisition to renewals, ensuring our CRM, analytics, and automation infrastructure works seamlessly. This role will also lead forecasting, process optimization, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.What You’ll Work On:
Revenue Strategy & PlanningDevelop and maintain forecasting models and planning frameworks aligned with growth goals.Define and report on core revenue and pipeline metrics for decision-making.GTM Data Architecture & GovernanceArchitect and document an end-to-end GTM data model with a single source of truth.Establish and enforce data governance standards within the CRM.Analytics, Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain executive dashboards for pipeline health, booking trends, churn, etc.Identify trends and risks using GTM data and make actionable recommendations.Technology Integration & AutomationOwn the GTM tech stack; ensure data integrity and process reliability.Drive automation (including AI-based workflows) to scale operations without additional headcount.Process Optimization & Continuous ImprovementEvaluate and streamline GTM processes.Lead regular cross-functional reviews to address system gaps and assign ownership.Sales Enablement & TrainingBuild onboarding playbooks and ongoing training resources.Partner with Product Marketing and Sales for enablement around new features and launches.Track usage and optimize enablement tools for impact on performance.AI & Advanced ToolingEvaluate and implement AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and GTM intelligence.Champion AI best practices and educate stakeholders on usage and impact.Cross-Functional PartnershipAlign Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through operational planning.Present updates to executive leadership on process improvements and performance metrics.
What You’ll Bring3–4 years in RevOps/Sales Ops at a high-growth SaaS company (Series A–C preferred).Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, custom fields, and data hygiene.Strong forecasting and data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools).Experience integrating multi-tool tech stacks and building automations (Zapier, Lindy, n8n, etc.).Systems thinker with a passion for scalable process design.Clear communicator skilled in building SOPs and cross-team playbooks.Customer-focused and feedback-driven approach.Bonus: Certifications from Winning by Design, RevOps Impact, Exit Five, or Pavilion.
