Job Description
ATN Unlimited is a rapidly scaling firm connecting investors to elite algorithmic trading teams via a performance-driven marketing funnel. With $1.0–$1.3M in monthly revenue and ambitions to hit $2M+ at 3× ROAS, the company is investing in AI and automation to enhance efficiency without inflating headcount.
What You’ll Be DoingDesign and deploy end-to-end revenue operations automation across the funnel—from lead gen to client success.
Use Zapier, Make, GPT-4o/Claude function calls to eliminate manual tasks and enforce attribution discipline.
Integrate and optimize a tech stack including Meta/Google Ads, Typeform, GoHighLevel, CLOSE CRM, Hyros, Slack, and more.
Maintain clean UTMs, ensure accurate revenue tracking, and build real-time dashboards in Looker Studio or Sheets.
Deploy AI agents for lead scoring, CS ticket handling, investor updates, and campaign nudging.
Document systems with Looms and internal SOPs, contributing to the evolving AI playbook.
Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in RevOps, GrowthOps, or AI automation for high-ticket funnels or e-comm.
Solid grasp of ROAS, CPL, speed-to-lead, attribution, and KPI reporting.
Proven automation portfolio with quantifiable impact on revenue metrics.
Hands-on experience with GPT/Claude API use, prompt engineering, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
Comfortable explaining complex workflows to non-technical teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory guardrails (FINRA, FTC, privacy).
Preferred SkillsExperience in SaaS, fintech, trading, or advertising tech.
Working knowledge of Looker/dbt, SQL, JS, or light Python for advanced workflows.
Exposure to AI-generated media tools (e.g. Midjourney, Jasper, Rebuy).
