About the RoleWe’re supporting a fast-growing AI healthcare startup in their search for their first Head of RevOps — a hands-on leader who can architect, build, and scale the GTM infrastructure from Series A and beyond.
This is a player-coach role: You'll set the vision for revenue operations while rolling up your sleeves to eliminate friction, build process, and enable growth across the go-to-market engine. You'll work directly with the executive team and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
What You’ll OwnFull-stack RevOps infrastructure: CRM, forecasting, reporting, funnel metrics, and workflow designCross-functional GTM alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and FinanceFunnel optimization and conversion analysisCommission modeling and comp plansDashboard creation, metric standardization, and real-time revenue reportingStrategic and tactical process improvements across the full customer lifecycle
