unitQ helps companies build better stuff by teaching AI to read customer gripes in any language. Now they need someone to tune their own sales engine.
Your mission: be the mechanic‑meets‑innovator for their GTM machine. Keep the daily gears turning while spotting spots to inject AI smarts into prospecting, forecasting, and pipeline work.
Day‑to‑day: partner with sales folks to smooth their path, test new AI tools that might help, and turn good experiments into standard plays—all with minimal PowerPoint, maximum doing.
Who fits: 3‑5 years keeping B2B SaaS sales humming, comfortable with CRMs and modern sales tech (Gong, Clay, etc.), and excited to tinker with AI tools until they sing.
The deal: hybrid in SF (4 days), equity that could matter, solid benefits including Equinox (or cash if you prefer pushups at home), and a chance to shape how AI changes sales work.
