TL;DR

GM's looking for a data detective who can spot why customers stick around or slip away. Not your usual car company analytics gig.

Your beat: dig through data to find gold (why people buy, why they leave), then turn those nuggets into self‑service tools the whole team can use.

Tools you'll swing: SQL for mining, Power BI for showing, KNIME for moving data around—but really, whatever gets good answers fast.

Who fits: 2+ years poking at subscription numbers, eCommerce patterns, or similar; loves teaching others how to fish; hates silos more than traffic.

Why jump: chance to shape how GM thinks about lifetime value, team that prefers yes, ifover no, because, and the fun of making a 100‑year‑old giant move like a startup.
