Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that's rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based technology company with a global impact across logistics, we're searching for a Sales Operations Analyst who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. We have significant runway thanks to our most recent Series B funding, which we raised from some of the best investors in the space: Eight Roads (Alibaba, Spendesk, Toast), Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and Dynamo Ventures (Sennder, Stord, Gatik).

We are seeking an experienced RevOps Analyst with a passion for empowering teams through technology. In this pivotal role, you'll harness and optimize technology to bolster our marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams, accelerating revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences. Your focus will involve maintaining and leveraging Hubspot to streamline sales processes, enhance analytics, and manage data integrity, ensuring our teams operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS tech landscape, adept at translating business needs into technical solutions, and skilled in configuring systems to support the commercial team's goals. Your contributions will be crucial in driving accelerated revenue growth and facilitating a superior customer journey.

Day-to-day you will:

Utilize the full capabilities of Hubspot's sales, automation, and reporting hubs to support the sales team. This includes process improvements, measurement, tracking, and analytics from the top of the funnel to closeLeverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and BI tools to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment. You'll own the data process from tracking to delivering insights, aiming to improve sales funnel performance and revenue attainmentDevelop a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, TTR to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance renewal and upsell processesTake charge of Hubspot governance, ensuring data cleanliness, updates, and overall system health. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining critical reports and KPIsAssist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and prepare comprehensive Quarterly Business Review presentations and Board of Director meetingsAlign with Marketing to drive pipeline growth through various demand generation channels and tactics.

We specifically want someone who has:

Demonstrable experience in Sales/Revenue Operations with a track record of creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards in HubspotA Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is requiredA robust understanding of Hubspot's sales, automation, and reporting capabilities, including custom objects and Hubspot scripting. Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements, ensuring local execution and business impactExperience with Dealhub and Gainsight is a plus, indicating a well-rounded familiarity with sales operation toolsYou should be able to coordinate effectively between different departments such as the marketing team and sales team to support sales operations and partnerships, including managing commission agreements and developing sales cadences in Hubspot
