Go To Market Business Systems Engineer - Associate - (Remote)

Job Summary:Apollo is seeking a Go To Market Business Systems Engineer to architect the future of go-to-market excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for building integrations, intelligent automation, and analytics that support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities:• Configure and integrate GTM technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, Vitally, Jira, Gong, and other related tools.• Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflow logic and automation to streamline processes.• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key insights into GTM performance.• Build integrations between GTM systems, leveraging development tools and APIs• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.• Deploy regular refreshes to territory and account coverage to keep account ownership and resulting automation flows and reports up to date.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the GTM tech stack.• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.• Stay up-to-date with the latest GTM technologies and trends.• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across GTM systems.
Qualifications:
Required:• Experience working with GTM technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Vitally, and Jira.• Strong understanding of GTM processes and workflows.• Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation leveraging APIs.• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards.• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Preferred:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.• Familiarity with SQL and database management.• Understanding of API integrations.
